General Questions
Yes, the instant boba packs included in our at home boba tea kits are gluten-free. We make our boba using fish collagen and tapioca starch base. Tapioca starch is naturally gluten free.
Our collagen boba can be added to a variety of beverages. We recommend adding our brown sugar collagen coffee, black teas, oolong teas, smoothies, protein shakes, and blended drinks. Our collagen boba can also be enjoyed on its own or as a topping for shaved ice, icecream, or your favorite dessert. We recommended using our white sugar collagen boba for drinks that are lighter in flavor, such as floral teas or green teas as to not overpower the flavor of the drink with the malty flavor from the brown sugar syrup.

While we recommend using a microwave to prepare an instant boba pack for the most convenient and quick preparation method, Jiffy boba’s instant boba packs can also be prepared on the stovetop.
Some customers even prefer the taste of Jiffy Boba’s collagen boba prepared using the stovetop method!
How to Prepare Instant Boba using a Stove:
- Bring water to a hard boil.
- Remove boba from plastic packaging and add to boiling water, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
- Strain boba in a colander and rinse under cold water. Boba is now ready to be added to your beverage or enjoyed on its own.

No, our collagen boba uses tapioca starch and marine collagen. It is more similar in texture to the chewy texture of tapioca pearls compared to the more crunchy, jelly-like texture of crystal boba, also known as white pearls, konjac pearls, and agar boba.

Each instant boba serving has 21g of carbohydrates, 8% of the daily value.
Our results from our Standard Global Services, the world’s leading testing company, shows that our collagen boba is 3.68% collagen. This means that each serving of collagen boba contains approximately 1,840 mg of collagen.
Subscription Questions
To make changes to your subscription, log into your account and click the “My Subscription” tab. There, you will be able to change your shipping address, change your payment option, toggle auto-renew, or cancel your subscription.
To cancel your subscription, log into your account and click on the “My Subscription” tab. Then, under actions, select “CANCEL.” This will cancel your subscription and you will no longer receive the product monthly.
If you change your mind and don’t want to miss out on getting your favorite jiffy boba products delivered to you monthly, you can always come back to the “My Subscription” tab in your account and reactivate your subscription.
Your subscription is set to renew monthly on the same day that you first started it. Selecting renew now will allow you to place your order now instead of at the scheduled payment date. You will be brought to the check out where you can select your desired shipping, billing, and payment method.
To pause your subscription, toggle “auto renew” so that payment shows “Via Manual Renewal.”
To reactivate your subscription after you have canceled it, log into your account and select the “My Subscription” tab. There, there will be an option to reactivate your subscription so you can start enjoying your favorite jiffy boba products regularly again.

Our team works hard to make sure we get your order to USPS as quickly as possible so they can get to you as quickly as possible. We ship out orders in 1-3 business days using USPS First Class mail. How long it takes depends on where you live.
Currently, we ship only within the USA but that may change in the future.
Here at Jiffy Boba, we strive to provide world-class service and craft quality products for our customers. Jiffy Boba products are a perishable food item, and unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges on any of our products due to health code regulations.
If your order was damaged in transit, or if you’ve received the wrong order, please reach out to us by emailing hello@jiffyboba.com within 30 days of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
