I was worried about the collagen, but this was delicious! I could smell the brown sugar when I took the pouch out of the microwave (30 seconds was plenty). Look out for how hot it is. I just used a spoon to get it out, and I made sure to stir it up well in my tea. One minute feom start to finish for boba is great! My missing star is because of the price. Half the cost of buying it at a restaurant, so still saves money but compared to making your own it is still more. Texture-wise it’s softer than other Boba, but it wasn’t too sticky and it retained shape and didn’t dissolve in my tea (not that I had it in there long because I drank/ate it pretty fast).
